Where is the Northwest barter fair?

I was told of a barter fair being held this weekend "over the mountains,near the border" (says my brother, who lives in the San Juan islands. Any info. (& photos) of this event?

Went to Barter Faire, hope you finally found it. Tonasket...maybe I saw you there! Wearing a loincloth perhaps?
